When you look at the mandala, you look into the center of all that ever existed , or that will exist, at that exact moment in time . What is mandala? Will we ever know the answer what mandala truly is? We have informations of it but we are far from understanding or feeling its true nature.We find the Mandala, the basic form in the most complicated and impressive stuctures but also in the most simple ones. The Mandala is the visualisation of the Cosmic Law, everything is a Mandala, the Cell, the Snowcrystal, the Earth... In our times the awareness of the Mandala can stimulate Creative thinking, concentration and center us to the point where it is quiet and still.
The "circle with a center" pattern is the basic structure of creation that is reflected from the micro to the macro in the world as we know it. It is a pattern found in nature and is seen in biology, geology, chemistry, physics and astronomy.
On our planet, living things are made of cells and each cell has a nucleus -- all display circles with centers. The crystals that form ice, rocks, and mountains are made of atoms. Each atom is a mandala. Within the Milky Way galaxy is our solar system and within our solar system, is Earth. Each is a mandala that is part of a larger mandala. Flowers, the rings found in tree trunks and the spiraling outward and inward of a snail's shell all reflect the primal mandala pattern. A huge gift, of which we are not aware very much, is a mandala. A wonderful one, a form and a colour world, which lets nobody untouched, cleared up. His beauty and his strength heal, cleans, calms, recharges. The energy streaming from it palpitates and where tenderly, where powerfully embraces, and carries himself. His colours and his forms have a big effect on us, which messages hide. |
